Staff and pupils at Langside School, Poole, are preparing to put the kettle on as part of Epilepsy Action’s National Tea Break 2010. The school has organised a tea break on Friday 22 October to help raise funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy organisation.
The Truro Branch of Epilepsy Action is hosting a free community event at Truro Community Fire Station. The aim of the event is to discuss fire safety in the home for people with epilepsy, and support anyone with an interest in the condition. It will also serve as a joint networking session between Epilepsy Action and the Fire Station. There will also be an opportunity to explore a working fire engine.
