Northampton man takes on adventure challenge for epilepsy charity
A Northampton man, whose nephew has epilepsy, is taking part in the Helly Hansen Adventure Challenge to raise funds for Epilepsy Action, the UK’s largest member-led epilepsy charity.
Russell Dickerson, 39, will be joined by five of his colleagues in taking on the challenge through Grizedale Forest in the Lake District on Sunday 21 March. The challenge will include a 25 kilometre mountain-bike ride, a 1.5 kilometre kayaking and 10 kilometre run.
