The race

The GetPRO Bath Half Marathon has been a key event the UK’s running calendar since 1982.

2027 will see the 44th edition of the historic Bath Half marathon; it’s third since being taken over by the prestigious London Marathon Events company in 2025. Falling during the training cycle for the annual London Marathon, the Bath Half is a popular race with those training for the main event in April. Attracting 10,000 runners annually, this well loved race starts and ends in Royal Victoria Park, and is enjoyed for being flat and fast, following the River Avon in a stunning circular route.

How does it work?

There will be a few stages to registration…

Initially, you will register directly with Epilepsy Action, whereby you agree to our fundraising terms and conditions, then we will register your details with our external event place providers, Run For Charity. In turn, you will be formally registered with the event organisers, who will be in touch directly about all race day logistics and timings. Epilepsy Action does not organise this event directly, so please ensure you read and act on all communications from Run For Charity, and the GetPRO Bath Half.
