The Nottingham Talk & Support Group meetings

When: usually the 3rd  Monday each month,  7 PM – 8:30 PM, this can vary to 4th Monday on occasions.  Until you have registered, please check the exact meeting date by calling the number below.

How to join:- Please go along to the meeting and ask for Jaye. Please note you will be asked to register your details at your first meeting.

Who is it for: Anyone 18+ living with epilepsy, or parents, carers and friends.

Welcome to a safe, friendly, and supportive  space for people in Nottingham living with epilepsy, as well as their families, friends, and carers.

This group is here to help you connect, share experiences, ask questions, and find understanding from others who truly get what life with epilepsy can be like. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have lived with epilepsy for years, you’re not alone here.
