Welcome to a safe, friendly, and supportive  space for people in Oxford living with epilepsy, as well as their families, friends, and carers.

This group is here to help you connect, share experiences, ask questions, and find understanding from others who truly get what life with epilepsy can be like. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed or have lived with epilepsy for years, you’re not alone here.

What you’ll find at the group:

  • A judgement-free place to talk openly
  • Support during difficult moments
  • Shared stories, tips, and encouragement
  • A welcoming environment for carers and loved ones too
  • Everyone is welcome—let’s support, listen, and lift each other up.
