Epilepsy Berkshire (Independent group)

Where:  St Nicolas Centre Café, 33 Sutcliffe Ave, Earley, Reading, RG6 7JN.

When:  First Tuesday of the Month 2.30 until 4.30

 Who it’s for: everyone over 18 connected to epilepsy, including carers or anyone who wants to find out more.

How to Join: Email Peter on epilepsyberkshire@hotmail.com. Or just turn up on the day!

The group is run by Peter who  says:

“The aim of the group is to bring more people living with epilepsy  together to share their experiences.

We will give peer support  including signposting to appropriate services who may be able to help you with your Epilepsy. We sometimes have Epilepsy Specialist Nurses  attend the meeting which can be really beneficial for our members.

The group will also have social activities to promote wellbeing, develop friendships and  provide a sense of belonging”
