The groups are run by James and you can find more about James’ motivation for running the group below:

This groups have been set up by me as I was unable to find somewhere close to home, that allowed me to meet with those that are in the same boat and talk about the struggles we faced day to day living with epilepsy.
I have lived with epilepsy my whole life and at times have felt alone, embarrassed (almost shameful) and pushed aside. I felt coming together with those who understand can be a great way to feel supported and heard.
So please drop in at our unpressured meetings for a chat. We offer a daytime group and an evening group, please feel free to come along to either or both, it will be great to see you!
