The Race

Join over 59,000 runners as they take on the UK’s biggest marathon on the capital’s streets and soak up the incredible atmosphere in this ultimate bucket-list experience.

Starting in the beautiful Greenwich Park, the London Marathon route will take runners past some of London’s famous sights including the Cutty Sark, Tower of London, Canary Wharf, and Big Ben.

The final mile will take runners past the grandeur of Buckingham Palace, and onto The Mall, where the much-anticipated finish line awaits!

You can now apply to run for Epilepsy Action in the TCS London Marathon 2027. Please complete the application form below. Charity places are limited and they will be allocated on the strength of each application. Therefore please take your time and complete the application in as much detail as possible. We will review all applications as soon as we can, and we aim to get back to everyone with their individual outcome by the end of July 2025.

Please note that applications that pledge below the required minimum fundraising amount will not be considered.

You must be at least 18 years of age by 25th April 2027 to take part in the TCS London Marathon; please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.

We strongly encourage raising up to £2,800 to help us expand our services, reaching more people with epilepsy and providing support to their families.
