Terms and conditions for our current text-to-donate campaigns
We are currently running two text-to-donate campaigns.
Text CARE to 70800 to donate £5
- Your text will be charged at £5 plus one message at your standard network rate.
- Epilepsy Action receives 100% of your donation.
- By texting CARE to 70800 you are consenting to being contacted by phone/SMS to arrange delivery of your seizure first aid guide and other ways you can support our work.
- All supporters must obtain permission from the bill payer before sending a text message.
- If you would prefer us not to contact you again by phone/SMS, please text STOP to 70800. Please note, your network operator may charge you one message at your standard network rate. Alternatively, you can contact our Supporter Care team on 0113 210 8800 or email supportercare@epilepsy.org.uk.
- This SMS service is being provided by Cymba Integrated Solutions Ltd, 110 Gloucester Ave, London NW1 8HX.

Gift Aid on text donations to charity
Your gift through this service (text-to-donate) is eligible for Gift Aid. In order for us to reclaim the tax you have already paid on your donations, please call our Supporter Care team on 0113 210 8800 or email supportercare@epilepsy.org.uk.
By adding Gift Aid to your donation, we can reclaim 25p on every £1 you donate at no extra cost to you.
