Welfare and protection of children and vulnerable adults

Epilepsy Action takes the protection and welfare of its service users seriously. We have a children and vulnerable adult policy and procedure for our staff and volunteers. For our service users, and the general public we have a whistleblowing policy.

This policy explains how to raise any concerns you may have about the welfare of anyone as a result of using our services. If you want to make a complaint about anything to do with Epilepsy Action’s services we also have a complaints procedure.
