EpSMon is a personal tracking tool for people with epilepsy. It’s designed for adults to help them review data and track their condition between doctors’ appointments.
EpSMon stands for epilepsy self-monitoring. The app was created by SUDEP Action, in collaboration with Cornwall Foundation NHS Trust.

- Prompts you to review your risks every three months
- Provides vital facts & info on risks linked to seizures, including SUDEP
- The new version of EpSMon retains all the main features from before but with some significant improvements:
- Medication reminders – get alerts so you always take medication on time.
- New seizure logs – this lets you keep an active record of when you are experiencing seizures, their type, and their severity.
- Self-assessment reports – you can print these off to show your doctor, providing them with hard facts and real-time data about your epilepsy.
