This accessible online course equips health and social care staff with the knowledge and confidence they need to administer buccal midazolam.
The course contains 3 interactive eLearning modules and an end of course assessment. There are activities, videos and knowledge check questions throughout the course to ensure you understand the important points about how to administer the medicine safely.
The course has been developed with epilepsy specialist nurses and care professionals.
This course will give you a certificate of completion. Your competency to administer buccal midazolam should be assessed by your employer in the workplace.
Epilepsy awareness training is an essential part of buccal midazolam training. You should have completed an Epilepsy Action online course relevant to your role before starting this course.
