Are you looking for a new running challenge that you can do without the pressure of getting yourself to an organised race on time, that can be completed on any day of your choosing during National Epilepsy Week?

The Epilepsy Action Virtual 10k run is your event.

Run or walk the 6.2 miles at your own pace, from anywhere in the world, on a day of your choosing between 20th and 26th May 2024 (National Epilepsy Week), to earn yourself a shiny medal and a place on our leaderboard.

How does it work?

Sign up: sign up via Njuko by clicking the ‘sign up now’ button above.

Merch: opt in to the virtual 10k t-shirt to wear on your 10k. Great for photo opportunities and a wonderful keepsake of the event!

App: we will get in touch to show you how to download our app; this can be added to your smartphone ready to complete your 10k.

Go! on a day between 20th and 26th May, run, jog or walk your 10k distance whilst recording your run on the app.

Upload: once your run or walk is complete, your time will be automatically added to the leaderboard. See the results pour in as the week progresses.

Medal: once the event is complete on 26th May, we will collate all results and will post out your well earned medal!
