Epilepsy Action are aware that Epistatus (Midazolam) 2.5mg/0.25ml and 5mg/0.5ml oromucosal solution pre-filled oral syringes made by Veriton Pharma are currently out of stock with no confirmed return date.
If you usually take this medicine, your pharmacist may offer you a different manufacturer’s version until the Epistatus version is back in stock.
If you have any concerns about getting your usual medicine, please speak to your pharmacist or GP for advice. You can also read our information about switching between different versions of your epilepsy medicine.

We understand that there are no supply problems with other strengths of Epistatus.
