We fight to improve the lives
of everyone affected by epilepsy

I was on dla for 19 years then it changed to pip system. Since then we got refused via the assessment as they didn’t apply bye the law that the upper tribunal made in 2017 to do with mobility and mental health and also didn’t perform tasks in assessment like they were meant to only paid attention to my past education history which was irrelevant and also didn’t get in contact with my gp or neurologist and then went through a mandatory reconsideration we got my local mp on board doing a supporting letter information and from mind the charity state also about the law and got my gps to send of my medical information consider that the dwp ended up putting me on a medication for stress a beat blocker that I was prescribed and let’s talk wellbeing got involved and got my neurologist to send information of also about my epilepsy history so after the mandatory reconsideration we won it back for mobility and personal care so please don’t give up hope aswell as epilepsy I have Aspergers which is part of autism and dyslexia and dyspraxia so just goes to show u can achieve anything.
