We fight to improve the lives
of everyone affected by epilepsy

Hannah A

Hi I’m Hannah,

I had my first seizure at 11 years old, and after a few more episodes and an EEG was diagnosed with photosensitive epilepsy.

Since then I’ve been on medication, trialling different dosages throughout my teenage years. There maybe certain things I can and can’t do and have learnt to adapt to these situations of the years.

Now at 27, with the condition controlled, I feel like it’s my time to give back and support the ongoing research! On Saturday 18th of May, I will be running tough mudder with the support of my family and friends and together have raised over £340 to date, over on my just giving page.
