We fight to improve the lives
of everyone affected by epilepsy

Rocio Calderon

My name is Rocio Calderon, I'm a mother of two beautiful girls & a fiancée of a proud army veteran. I was diagnosed with a rare brain condition that affects 1 in 100,000 children. Before birth I suffered a stroke, surviving the stroke my brain developed into a cleft. At the age of 15 I was diagnosed with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and Todds paralysis. I have grand mal and petite mal seizures but still do my best to spread awareness, and teach students who wish to hear my story about my condition. I remain as positive as possible!
