View the course on www.mapmyrun.com. The race is perfect for serious runners and first-timers alike. If you are a serious runner then you will be attracted to the course because of its flat route, ideal for runners to record fast times and even personal bests (with results recorded by chip). Alternatively, if you are a novice runner and you just want to ‘have a go’, then everyone is welcome (although to run you do need to be 15 or over). A ten kilometre route is ‘do-able’ for most people – we can even help you out with a training plan! Your entry fee will only cover the cost of hosting the event. If you would like to support our cause we ask that you raise sponsorship for the event. Sponsorship forms will be sent out in the race packs or can be downloaded below, or obtained by ringing the fundraising department on 0113 210 8800. If you have registered for the Epilepsy Action Bradford 10k, you will be sent out your race pack at the beginning of April. Please contact us if you have not received it within seven days of the event. In your pack there should be:
