Virtual groups from Epilepsy Action are a great way to connect with others who have experiences of epilepsy, in a safe and relaxed environment.
Attend a virtual meeting
Our virtual groups are open to anyone in the UK who is over 18. You might be living with epilepsy yourself, or you might be a parent or carer of someone living with epilepsy.
To attend a meeting, register your free place on Eventbrite by clicking the link below:
"The group helped me to regain my confidence, accept my epilepsy and understand it"
Parents and carers virtual groups
When you’re looking after a child with epilepsy, there are so many questions or concerns you might have around safety, education, independence, or anything else.
Our online groups are a place for parents and carers of children with epilepsy to share their experiences, advice and support with one another.
Virtual groups offer you:
- A warm welcome
- Space to listen and talk
- A chance to connect with others
- The opportunity to share experiences
