About the challenge

On the 7 April 2020 Captain Sir Tom Moore set out to walk 100 laps of his garden to celebrate his 100th birthday and raise money for charity.

One year later The Captain Tom 100 Challenge has been created to mark what would have been his 101st birthday and to encourage others to take up the charitable spirit he became famous for.

By taking part in The Captain Tom 100 Challenge for Epilepsy Action, you will be helping us to build a better, fairer world for all people with epilepsy.

Whatever challenge you choose, the funds you raise will help ensure no one has to face epilepsy alone.
